First Aid & Safety (offered at DMS); Learn the basics of First Aid, CPR, and general safety so that you can be prepared. Participants can use these skills in their everyday lives to help keep families and friends safe, as well as use them as a skill set when pursuing jobs such as babysitting or becoming a camp counselor. The class will go over topics such as first aid basics, medical emergencies, injury emergencies, environmental emergencies, preventing illness and injury, and CPR and AED use.
