Fitness & Fun w/ Mrs. Ferraro

Flex Enrichment / Demarest School District / County Road School -
Winter 2025

This class will begin with some aerobic exercises and stretches to get our bodies moving after the school day. Students will then participate in some classic fun games such as hot potato (with a talking potato!) and musical chairs. Get ready for some fitness and fun!
