Are you ready to stretch, breathe, and find your inner calm? Ms. C, a certified Yoga instructor and trained Mindfulness Facilitator, invites 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade students to join her for an hour of mind-body-breath movement designed to help you focus, balance, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being.
Each Thursday afternoon, take a moment to unwind and relax, setting yourself up for success. This class is the perfect way to end your day on a peaceful note.
