Space Cadet Fitness w/ Red Sprinkle

Flex Enrichment / Washington, D.C. PS and Charter / Lafayette Elementary School -
Spring 2025

This class will engage young students with a space-themed fitness program that includes activities like "Moonwalk Practice" and "Asteroid Dodge", which are fun exercises that help develop agility and spatial awareness. This course uses imaginative play to encourage fitness and movement, incorporating basic exercises and fun games to keep the young "space cadets" active and engaged.
