Come join us for some theater fun! This workshop teaches various acting and improv techniques while focusing on individual growth and increased confidence in front of others. Any level is welcome! We will be teaching theater skills using excerpts/scenes from beloved classics such as Annie, Peter Pan and You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. This workshop is taught by the director of Aristocats - Lori Mortensen . We will be doing a brief showcase for parents on the last day!

A fun and exciting class where your children will learn the nuances of dribbling, passing, shooting and defense. Our coaches have extensive playing and coaching experience in both high school and college. The children will leave the class knowing the fundamentals and rules of the game. While focusing on the values that basketball teaches such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and hard work. All while having fun and enjoying the game.

Chess Wizards is a premier chess education company providing fun, informative and challenging chess lessons to students in PreK-8th grade. Our program is made for children at every step of their chess journey – no matter the skill level – with classes that build upon each other, starting with the basics and moving toward more advanced lessons as your child progresses from one session to the next. Chess Wizards teaches children how to problem solve, think critically, win graciously, and accept defeat with dignity and sportsmanship. Students will be divided into groups according to their chess experience. At the end of this session, each student would have had the chance to participate in a mini-chess tournament.

We will focus on Dodgeball. A unique class where we will introduce sports that are generally played on the field. Children will learn the fundamentals of various sports and improve at games such as dodgeball.

Edible Adventures is a fun and interactive cooking class designed just for kids, featuring delicious and easy no-bake recipes! In this class, young chefs will learn how to whip up treats and snacks without needing an oven! From colorful fruit parfaits to no-bake energy bites and tasty dips, kids will explore creativity in the kitchen while building confidence in food preparation. Foundational cooking skills will be taught, including proper techniques for measuring, mixing, slicing, dicing, and of course, kitchen safety!

Do you enjoy building and “playing” with Lego bricks? Have you thought about other ways you can use this “toy?” In this club, students will participate in a variety of creative builds and challenges. In addition to building, they will learn Lego terminology and practice with new and effective building techniques. Here is a list of possible activities I’d like to do with the group. -Mosaic making -Tallest/strongest tower -“How many?” Challenge -Tensegrity Challenge -Marble Run - Solving Problems -“How far?” Catapult Challenge -Build Your Own Vehicle

This class taps into young artists’ innate interest in building while exploring the elements of form, space, texture, and color. Artists develop problem solving skills and an ability to respond to the materials in front of them.
