This unique class combines elements of basic robotics with introductory circuitry. Students will learn basic circuitry using wires, batteries, lights, and more. Throughout the session they will build, and engineer take home robots that move along with other new and exciting circuitry projects!

Comic Creators is where stories come to life in the coolest way possible! In this action-packed after school program, kids will unleash their creativity as they write, draw, and design their very own comics. From epic heroes and silly sidekicks to wild adventures, each session is packed with fun, laughter, and tons of artistic expression. This season of STEM will make you say “Ewwww that’s gross!” in the best way possible. With projects like slime snot and diaper polymer dissection we’ll uncover the icky but useful way science works all around us as we explore STEM!

In this junior robotics course, we use a hands-on approach to STEM discovery. Students learn valuable coding concepts while tapping into their imaginations to create and program robots. Step by step, we build for a variety of cool LEGO robots based around a motor and controller. Then, kids use a block-based programming language to make their creation come to life! It’s educational, cool, and FUN!

Step into the world of dance with Rhythm & Motion: Dance Adventures! This dynamic class will take young movers on an exciting journey through various dance styles, including hip-hop, jazz, and creative movement. Students will explore fundamental dance techniques while expressing themselves through rhythm and movement. Each session will include fun warm-up games, rhythm exercises, and creative choreography that inspires children to tap into their artistic side. Participants will work collaboratively to create a group dance piece that they can showcase for family and friends at the end of the session. Through music and movement, students will build coordination, confidence, and a love for dance!

Learning to Code is a critical skill for children to learn! Much like learning another language, it’s best to have kids learn about programming concepts early and often! In our Scratch Jr class, kids will learn coding concepts including computer automation and linear sequencing. They will make short stories, apply elements of animation, and create their own sprites and objects – all using technology and coding fundamentals!
