In this class, the arts will collide through artmaking and storytelling. Students will create a story and then use art making techniques to illustrate the stories. Ideas such as shadows, puppets, stop motion videos really the possibilities are endless. I cannot wait to see what magical stories are created!

Learn chess with Magnus Academy, five-time world champion Magnus Carlsen’s academy! We've taught 100,000 children to play including state & national champions, but most students are beginners looking to learn a new skill and have FUN. Class time is divided between lessons and practice games. Lessons range from the basic rules to advanced tournament strategies. Students will have the opportunity to play in tournaments (in-person and online) outside of club time. This in-person club includes free online extras including weekly practice tournaments, a Chesskid Gold membership ($49 value!), and an event with a chess celebrity. Last year's guests were World Champion Magnus Carlsen and Judit Polgar (the best female chess player of all time). All chess supplies provided. All skill levels are welcome

Ever wanted to learn more about the wonderful art of digital photography? In this class, we will learn the basics of digital photography and photo editing using digital cameras as well as ipads.

This popular class is a disciplined introduction to the sport by Kaizen Karate. Your child will learn the beautiful art of karate while gaining safety and defensive skills in a respectful environment. The class will also emphasize the basic karate principles of focus, patience, and self-discipline. Returning students will continue to work toward new belts while first time students will be able to start the belt program.

Explore and learn through LEGO! Children can design, build and construct with LEGO plans to bring their visions to life. Children have the opportunity to problem solve, while building. This is the perfect time for children to play together, build together and learn together.

Welcome to the World of Witchcraft and Wizardy! In this class, students will learn to code while exploring an interactive Harry Potter world in Minecraft! Every class is a new adventure and opportunity to put coding fundamentals into action. Traveling to Hagrid’s hut, the Quidditch pitch, Privet Drive, Diagon Alley, and beyond, kids will take on quests, fight off some monsters, and cast some magic spells! Join us on this incredible and magical journey! Projects include: brewing potions, enchanting items with special abilities, learn Redstone basics Prior coding or Minecraft experience not required.

Can't get enough painting? In this class, we will explore projects using watercolor, acrylic, and tempera painting. We will create a range of projects from printmaking to canvas painting.

Tippi Pro takes our Tippi Jam combo class to a whole new level - introducing more complex dance steps, combos, and steps across the floor in the same upbeat, FUN Tippi Toes way! This class is designed for 1st-5th grades and builds on concepts learned in prior Tippi Toes classes. No prior dance experience is required.
